War robots raijin2/29/2024 And loosing health while your on the move to your location. I currently have a level 11 Rajin and it is OP.I use level 7-8 Thunders to deal maximum damage at close range, and thanks to the new Beacon Rush mode its easier to get to the front of the lines without having to deal with Hydras, Aphids, Spirals, etc. As soon as it entered the store i bought it and it has never truly let me down without killing a couple bots or liberating a couple beacons. Rajin, IMO one of the best heavy robots in War Robots. Thats why my opinion for mountable ecu shield wouldn't be a bad idea. And the only true weakness of the Fujin is energy weapons. The energy shield built in th e Fujin is pretty darn good, a level 1 Fujin shield is better then a level 4 Carnage shield. ![]() It can deal tremendous amounts of damage with distractions of tanks, (Natasha, Leo, Rhino, etc) Allies that can take lots of hits. The one thing that would make Fujin better is if its medium slots could mount ecu shields, then again, waste of robots strengths.Fujin should also be considered a long distant support (not a sniper, due to lack of damage in a short burst or fire). But if you mount 3 level 7-8 Molot MkIIS on a level 7-8 Fujin it will actual deal some pretty serious damage, at medium to LONG range. Fujin, as mentioned in its discription, is an excellent "capture-and-control" kindof bot. However, if you mentaly plan before you do then you can turn these four legged hunks of metal into the deadliest bots on the battlefield. Alot of people dislike the the Rajin (some hate both spider bots) because there too incounterable. BUT i am sure that the Rajin buff has been outstanding. I run them occasionally in different configurations just for fun, but they're not good enough to be part of my regular hangar. I think both are nice change-of-pace robots. If your silver reserves are running low, Carnage, Fujin and Raijin are the ones to upgrade (~0.9 million a day until level 10, 2.3 million for level 11/12). On the plus side, they're cheap to upgrade - 11 million for level 10. The big problem is the missing mobility, in higher leagues enemies are not stupid enough to give you a clear shot if you're stationary, and as soon as you drop the shield you'll be bombarded with Orkans or Tulus.īoth are great (assuming Thunders/Orkans) if you can drop on top of your enemies, especially the Fujin with its mighty shield and lots of firepower.īoth have very long upgrade times, they take over 13 days just to get to level 10 and 27 days to level 12. If you encounter a Fujin and you have Rockets, just ignore him and go for another beacon. Also your allies will always be obstructed by your long legs - I really hate to have a Raijin on my side on maps like Shenzen or Dead City.įujin Ancile has been buffed a lot, but the Fujin itself is too squishy and very vulnerable to Plasma or snipers. Even the mighty Raijin shield will eventually break, and Thunders don't do much from 350m, but usually there are just enough rockets around. Thunder Raijin, just drop back to 300m and pound it if you have rockets, or to 350m if you have Tarans. ![]() Both are very situational: In some situations they are great, in other situations too easy to counter IMO. An Orkan Rhino is also a good alternative, as it allows you to charge an enemy robot (especially Thunder/Punisher/Molot builds) and get within 300m for your rockets.īut back to the question. So if you're really looking for a good BR robot, and don't have a Thunder Carnage yet, give it a shot. ![]() And of course the shield of the Carnage will regenerate. I found that even if the reds are about to turn the beacon I often spawn 150-200m away from the reds, so a Raijin always has to move closer, and can't use its shield, while the Carnage shield is automatic. Yeah, it rocks to drop a Thunder bot in beacon rush if the reds are at point blank range, but a Thunder Carnage is better suited for that because it can get within 100m where Thunders are dominant. If you don't, then there are plenty of other beacons around. If you see a stationary bot, just have a look and decide if you like the matchup. The idea of a "beacon defender" is overrated.
